Whistleblower Protection Resources

• The Government Accountability Project (GAP) promotes government and corporate accountability by providing legal representation to whistleblowers.
• The National Whistleblower Center (NWC) assists whistleblowers by finding whistleblower attorneys to represent them and educating potential whistleblowers about their rights under U.S. law.
• Whistleblower Aid helps government employees and private-sector workers uphold their obligations and protect the public.
• The Project on Government Oversight (POGO) works with government whistleblowers and other inside sources to document evidence of corruption, waste, fraud, and abuse.

• If you are a government employee, you may find the following resources to be helpful.
• The Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) has a directory of IG offices for each government agency and division
• The CIGIE also has these whistleblower resources.
• The House Office of the Whistleblower Ombuds website has these resources.
